Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All wheels have been properly refurbished from bare metal and are perfectly straight. We give a guarantee on the wheels paint and performance. We will accept returns based on paint failure on delivery or other damage such as regarding the straightness of the wheel which would only be discoverable after the wheels have been fitted and driven on. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase at any point even beyond 14 days please reach out with evidence so that we can help resolve the issue. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction as our Google reviews should prove.

To start a return, you can contact us at christiancameron@btinternet.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping labels which will need to be printed and stuck onto the parcels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Part Exchanges
The only way to offer a P/X service will involve sending your wheels to us and only once we have physically inspected your wheels we can give an exact value for them. We can then send you a discount voucher on our store to make a purchase, or negotiate a deal elsewhere.
